This is a marketing page produced by Simple Choices as an independent brokerage offering units in MANSORY Residences by AMAAL for sale. It is not the developer’s official website, and it is not operated, endorsed or approved by AMAAL Development, MANSORY GmbH or any of their affiliates.

MANSORY, AMAAL, MANSORY Residences and all related names, logos and artwork are the property of their respective owners. They are reproduced here solely to identify and describe the project being marketed. Nothing on this site transfers any right in those marks to you or to us.

3 · No offer and no contract

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation capable of acceptance, a reservation, or a contract of any kind, and no statement here forms part of any agreement you may later enter into. Availability, unit numbers, prices, service charges, payment schedules and handover dates are confirmed only in writing by the developer in the signed sale and purchase agreement, and are subject to change without notice until that point.

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
