The kitchen is crafted with the precision of a supercar cockpit: sleek geometry, smoked glass, brushed metal and custom millwork, where every detail is intentional.

Four five-bedroom residences occupy an entire floor each on Levels 46 to 49. Twelve three-bedroom residences sit below them on Levels 42 to 45, with total living areas from 3,152 to 4,931 sqft. Every one is a corner of the sky with nothing above it but the crown.

Four schedules, from a 5% down payment to a monthly plan. Every one of them ends the same way: sixty per cent on handover.
